Shipping & Returns Policy

Baking time

Everything is made to order in small batches — please allow 3–5 working days for baking.

Delivery

• Courier: J&T Express (West Malaysia)
• Shipping fee: RM 7; free shipping on orders over RM 100
• Orders are shipped on the day they're baked and usually arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on your area.
• We'll WhatsApp you the J&T tracking number once shipped, and you can also check it on our "Track order" page.

Self-pickup

• Location: 11-1, Jalan Cecawi 6/19B, Seksyen 6, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Free. We'll WhatsApp you when your order is ready to collect.
• Please wait for our WhatsApp message that your order is ready, and arrange a time before coming over.

Address & receiving your parcel

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel. Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, will need a new shipping fee to be resent.

Returns

As our products are perishable food, we can't accept returns for food-safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
