Refund & Cancellation Policy

All our products are handmade in small batches after you order. Here's how cancellations and refunds work:

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel for a full refund by contacting us on WhatsApp before we start baking your order.
• Once baking has started, we're unable to accept cancellations, as the food is made specially for you.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos of the product and packaging. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

When refunds don't apply

• Change of mind after baking has started or the order has been shipped
• Failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number
• Quality changes caused by improper storage after delivery

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to your original payment method (FPX online banking, card or e-wallet, processed by CHIP). Please allow 7–14 working days after the refund is confirmed, depending on your bank.
